The invention relates to medicine. The inventive anti-inflammatory and antiallergic gel contains N-(&bgr;-oxyethyl)-4,6-dimethyldihydropirimidone- a quantity of 3 - 10 wt.% as an active agent, diphenhydramine, or clemastine, or cetiresine in a quantity of 0.005 - 1.0% as an antihistamine preparation, and a gel base which contains carbopol in a quantity of 0.5 - 1.0 wt.% as a thickener, 0.5 - 1.0 wt.% polyethylenoxide 400 - 6000 Da, 0 - 20.0 wt.% glycerin, 0.41 wt.% ethyl alcohol, the rest being filtered water.
