PURPOSE: A manual vacuum pump device is provided to perform vacuum operation by being rotated through one hand of a user. CONSTITUTION: A manual vacuum pump device comprises a piston and a cylinder. The piston and the cylinder form vacuum state in a container by being operated manually. A spindle and a crank are comprised in the end portion of the piston to converse the straight reciprocation of a vacuum pump into rotation movement. The rotary shaft of the crank is connected to the center portion of a rotary plate(12) and the handle(11) of the rotary plate is installed eccentrically. The number of the reciprocation of the piston is gradually decreased under the number of the rotation of the handle.
