<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant route constitution method and control method thereof that can minimize wasting of network resources and protect the whole tree type route constituted in a relay network. <P>SOLUTION: BHEs as tops of trees each include a mutual communication route for signal transmission and reception to and from each other. If trouble occurs to an in-use route at some AE, a standby route (BHE) relays communication between the AE and (in-use system) BHE to secure continuity of the communication. No data signal is normally transmitted through the mutual communication route between the BHEs, and the mutual communication route is used as a traffic storage route for emergency. A bypass is set between tree tops, so that if trouble occurs to one tree, the signal is transferred to the standby route including another BHE as a top from the in-use system BHE, and a sub-tree (hierarchical tree) bypassing the trouble point is constituted to secure a communication route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
