<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel holder allowing a smooth work for conveying wheels. <P>SOLUTION: This wheel holder 30 is connected to a crane 20 to hold the wheels 3a, 3b and 3c. The wheel holder 30 includes: a base frame 31 connected to the crane 20; a pair of forks 40 projecting from the base frame 31 to mount the wheels 3a, 3b and 3c thereon; a pair of extension arms 60 which are located on an upper side of rotation centers of the wheels 3a, 3b and 3c from the base frame 31 and are drawn in a substantially horizontal direction along side parts 4 of the wheels 3a, 3b and 3c; and a pair of engaging arms 50 which are drawn in a substantially horizontal direction along outer peripheral portions of the wheels 3a, 3b and 3c from each of the extension arms 60. Each of the engaging arms 50 includes an L-shaped hook portion 50a.
