<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To architect a virtual network to manage a network environment with overlapped IP addresses. <P>SOLUTION: Network information analysis means 11 makes network information list storage means 12 store a connection relation between management target servers 20 to 25 and private networks 41 to 44 based on contents of ARP tables, IP addresses, and MAC addresses that are held by the management target servers 20 to 25. Connection information acquisition means 13 makes connection information list storage means 14 store a connection relation among the management target servers 20 to 25. Network configuration setting means 15 analyzes the connection relation of the private networks 41 to 44 and architects a mutually-communicable virtual network based on the stored contents of the network information list storage means 12 and the stored contents of the connection information list storage means 14.
