<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that secures a strength for satisfactorily maintaining a display part, thereby avoiding an increase in device size. <P>SOLUTION: A display device comprises a display part 17; a metallic plate 6 on which the display part 17 is mounted; and a first portion housing 2 provided with the metallic plate 6. The metallic plate 6 includes a first bent piece 60 formed by a first bent part from a first side of a mounting part on which the display part 17 is mounted, a second bent piece 61 formed by a second bent part from a second side adjacent to the first side; and a third bent piece (or a third connecting piece) 62 formed by a third bent part from the first bent piece 60, of which the third bent piece 62 links the first bent piece 60 and the second bent piece 61 and is covered with the first portion housing 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
