PURPOSE: A water treating system is provided to classify sewage according to concentration and to separate transfer sewage of high concentration to a sewage treating plant and sewage of low concentration to a river. CONSTITUTION: A water treating system includes a pre-treating facility(20), a high concentration storing facility(40), and a low concentration storing facility(50). The pre-treating facility is in connection with a water joining pipe(2) based on a sewage inducing part(10). A first weir(2a) and a second weir(2b) are regularly installed in the water joining pipe. The position of the second weir is higher than the position of the first weir. A sewage draining part(15) draining sewage to a sewage treating plant(1) is formed at the front side of the first weir. A sewage inducing part is formed at the front side of the second weir. A screening unit(21) is installed at one side of the pre-treating facility.
