<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a fine adjustment to the position of a small diameter cylindrical portion of a grommet relative to a wire harness when the small diameter cylindrical portion has an inner surface shaped for close contact with an outer surface of the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: A large diameter cylindrical portion 10 of a grommet 1 is a portion for covering a through hole in a support by contact with an edge portion of the through hole in the support. A small diameter cylindrical portion 20 of the grommet 1 is a portion continuous with the large diameter cylindrical portion 10 and formed to a smaller outside diameter than the large diameter cylindrical portion 10. The small diameter portion 20 has outwardly projecting tab portions 50 formed on an outer surface.
