<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of freely applying blurring according to preferences of a user, and allowing the user to sensuously perceive a blurred image at an early stage through a procedure similar to that of a focusing operation with a normal single lens reflex camera. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device 1 comprises: a blurring section 12 for applying blurring to pixels in an entire region of an input image; a region selection section 13 for selecting a region responsive to receiving from a user a selection operation for the region of at least part of the blurred image while the image blurred by the blurring section 12 is displayed on a display section 15; and a focusing section 14 for replacing a pixel value of the region selected by the region selection section 13 with a pixel value indicated by the input image before blurring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
