摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell control system which can reduce the deterioration of a fuel cell catalyst when a fuel cell is stopped and thereby can reduce the deterioration of fuel cell characteristics, and to provide a stopping method of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell control system 100 of a PBI-phosphoric acid fuel cell comprises: a fuel cell stack 1; an inverter 2; a fuel reforming part 3; a combustion part 4; a temperature measuring part 5; a heater 6; a radiator 7; a load releasing part 10 and a control part 31. The fuel cell stack 1 comprises an electrolyte layer of a basic polymer impregnated in phosphoric acid, and an anode and a cathode which are arranged so as to sandwich the electrolyte layer. The temperature measuring part 5 measures a temperature of the fuel cell stack 1. The heater 6 rises the temperature of the fuel cell stack 1. The radiator 7 cools the fuel cell stack 1. The load releasing part 10 opens a load connection circuit connected with the fuel cell stack 1.
