<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil which can be easily assembled in a compact configuration by making electric connection from a secondary coil to a high-voltage terminal without using welding nor soldering. <P>SOLUTION: A substantially conic hollow part is formed in a part of a surface of the high-voltage terminal, installed in a case, which faces the case inside, one place of one end of a secondary high-voltage terminal comes into contact with the hollow part to be electrically connected. The secondary high-voltage terminal has elastic force by obliquely sloping a tip of the one end thereof. Further, the tip of the one end of the secondary high-voltage terminal is arranged within a range of the hollow part of the high-voltage terminal in a radial direction L. The angle of contact between the tip of the one end of the secondary high-voltage terminal and the hollow part of the high-voltage terminal is set to an angle which is acuter than 90° to the slope. In this configuration, a shift of the one end of the secondary high-voltage terminal is guided to a bottom part of the hollow part even if caused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
