<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely controlling the concentration of each nutrient component in a culture solution. <P>SOLUTION: A supplemented medium in which the quantitative ratio of each nutrient component which is consumed by cells regarded as an ingredient composition ratio in the supplemented medium is supplied and controlled into a culture tank using, as an index, the growth rate of living cells in a culture solution in the culture tank in which cultured cells are inoculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
