<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation system for effectively suppressing power consumption and operation costs. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation system at least comprises: at least one information processing device which stores information concerning power consumption of each of image formation devices, and is connected to each of the image formation devices; estimation means, which exists in the image formation device or the information processing device, for estimating power consumption of each of the image formation devices based on the information concerning the power consumption in the case of executing an image formation request according to image formation requesting information transmitted through communication means; selection means for selecting an image formation device for executing the image formation request according to the estimation result; and instruction means for instructing the image formation device, which is selected and is shifted to a power saving mode requiring less power consumption than that of a normal state executing the image formation, to return to the normal state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
