<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker cutter device in which an appropriate cutting operation can be performed with low electric power consumption without wasting energy, the cutter and a cartridge heater can be easily replaced without causing a fire or a burn, even when a cut failure occurs, and safety and maintainability are enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: This breaker cutter device comprises a cutter holder in which a cutter and a heater for heating the cutter blade to a predetermined temperature are fixed thereinside, a cutter moving means which moves the cutter holder horizontally, and a cutter ascending/descending means which moves the cutter holder vertically. In addition, the cutter holder is made of a stainless steel plate with a heat insulating material arranged on the inner wall and the heater is of a cartridge heater and can be fixed to the cutter holder by using a bracket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
