The invention relates to electric machines, namely to the synchronous electric machines with excitation from constant magnets. In an electric machine with constant magnets having a rotor manufactured as a ferromagnetic cylinder, on which surface a row of grooves and teeth is performed, pole shoes mounted above the constant magnets, a stator is located coaxially to the rotor and separated by an air gap from the rotor. On nonmagnetic racks in the rotor slots the pole shoes are mounted, which shape and size meet the shape and size of external rotor surface. In the slots formed by the groove bottoms, racks and low surfaces of pole shoes the excitation magnets are installed, the similar poles are directed to the longitudinal axis of rotor. The invention provides simplification of the rotor design, decrease of the constant magnet material consumption and extension of functional capabilities. |
