<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition for skin bleaching which fundamentally reducedly generates melanin, further, easily exhausts it, can give an ultimately excellent bleaching effect, and can improve or prevent chromatosis and the tone down phenomenon of the skin. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition for skin bleaching comprises two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a magnolia extract, a mandarin orange extract, a bean extract, a ginkgo leaf extract and a honeysuckle extract, sedates melanocyte, blocks inflammation, UV and stimulation caused by stain-based blood vessel, energizes DEJ holding melanocyte, suppresses skin spots and a chromatosis phenomenon such as skin blackening caused by sunlight and vividly and brightly improves a skin tone and colors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
