<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device enabling control of a motor in a new control method which does not use a rotation angle sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor resistance estimation part 27 estimates a motor resistance R, for example, when an absolute value of an addition angle α output from an addition angle limiter 24 is a predetermined threshold value B or less. An induced voltage estimation part 28 estimates an induced voltage generated by rotation of a motor 3 by using the motor resistance R estimated by the motor resistance estimation part 27. A rotating angle estimation part 29 calculates an estimated value θ<SB POS="POST">E</SB>of a rotating angle of a rotor 50 based on the induced voltage estimated by the induced voltage estimation part 28. A rotor angular displacement calculation part 30 calculates angular displacement Δθ of the rotor 50 per operation period by calculating change amount of an estimated rotating angle θ<SB POS="POST">E</SB>in the operation period.
