<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an external device to transmit the information required for creating a preview image of image data held by an image processor, to the image processor beforehand, when the external device creates screen information including the preview image. <P>SOLUTION: When a preview screen is created by a Web server 102, the Web server 102 transmits conversion information (for instance, image size) for creating a preview image to an MFP101.
