<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weight a steering wheel without directly applying a large load to a bearing with a rotation sensor. <P>SOLUTION: Outer rings 23 of the bearings 15U and 51D with the rotation sensors arranged in vertical two stages for rotatably supporting a steering wheel shaft 16 with the steering wheel, are installed in a tilt frame by a bearing fixing mechanism 14. A shaft fixing mechanism 18 is provided with a collar part 31 formed on the steering wheel shaft 16, and an under surface locking ring 33 locked on an under surface of an inner ring 21 of a lower stage bearing 15D via a lock nut 34 on a shaft fixing screw shaft 32 projected on a base end surface of the steering wheel shaft 16. A weighting mechanism 19 of the steering wheel is arranged for applying rotational resistance to the steering wheel shaft by bringing a sliding plate 36 into pressure contact with an end surface 32E of the shaft fixing screw shaft 32 by a coil spring 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
