<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-resistant paper exhibiting high oil resistance in a folded portion obtained by a manufacturing method with high productivity using a non-fluorine-based material. <P>SOLUTION: Oil-resistant paper comprises an oil-resistant layer provided on at least one face of a paper substrate having a basis weight of 20 to 70 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and Oken type air permeability measured in accordance with JAPAN TAPPI paper pulp test method No. 5-2:2000 of 70 seconds or more. An oil-resistant agent included in the oil-resistant layer is an acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight of 50000 to 2000000 and a glass transition temperature lower than 30°C, and the oil-resistant paper has, in a folded portion thereof, oil resistance measured by a kit method in accordance with JAPAN TAPPI paper pulp test method No. 41:2000 of class 4 or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
