<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve housing for a control valve eliminating the need for cutting work of a complicatedly configured channel, a sealing groove, a joint, a valve chamber, a valve seat and the like such as a conventional valve body for the control valve manufactured by aluminum die casting, eliminating the need for surface finishing treatment, pore sealing treatment and the like, excellent in airtightness, without degradation due to aged deterioration, excellent in heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and capable of reducing a machining time and a cost by a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The valve housing 10 for the control valve includes: a valve casing unit 38 formed by mutually connecting pipe members 18 and 26 constructing the flow channel and a valve casing 32; and a mold body 40 formed by integrally molding the surroundings of the valve casing unit with a mold material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
