<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively simple configuration in which a fastener member can be stored in a fine manner. <P>SOLUTION: A fastener member end E is attached to an extension 24, and a carpet member 20 whose base end is an end of a first skin 10f is rotated to take a first position of the carpet member 20.
