<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a billing amount in the case that a unit price is charged to communication within a unit time or a unit price is different depending on a selected communication speed. <P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal device performs transmission processing depending on data quantity of transmission information. In the case that entire data of transmission information cannot be transmitted within a unit time even if a communication speed having the largest transmission data quantity per unit time among multiple communication speeds is used, the communication terminal device transmits the data at the communication speed having the largest transmission data quantity per unit time. In the case that entire data of transmission information can be transmitted within the unit time at some communication speeds, the communication terminal device transmits the data at a communication speed about which a billing amount per unit time is the lowest among the communication speeds capable of transmitting the entire data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
