<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and strongly bond plant stems each other, thus dispensing with a special thermal press device that may cause enlargement of a production facility and increase of the facility costs; and to achieve strong bonding even when the cores are bonded each other at room temperature without heating. <P>SOLUTION: The board 10 includes: the plurality of plant stems 11 in which leaves are removed and the respective stems are flatly compressed and formed so as to have the same thickness, and the surface skin layers 11a of a pair of flat surfaces are removed and the cores 11b are exposed; and a first adhesive 21 which is applied to both the flat surfaces of the plurality of plant stems 11, and used for bonding the cores 11b each other exposed to the flat surfaces with the plurality of plant stems 11 disposed in a row.
