<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure with low connection resistance between electrodes, and a high heat-resistant and shock-resistance characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A connection structure 1 according to the present invention comprises a first connection target member 2 having a first electrode 2b on an upper face 2a, a second connection target member 4 having a second electrode 4b on a lower face 4a, and a connection part 3 arranged between the upper face 2a of the first connection target member 2 and the lower face 4a of the second connection target member 4, and formed of an anisotropic conductive material including conductive particles 21. The conductive particle 21 has a resin particle 22, a first conductive layer 23, and a second conductive layer 24 with a melting point lower than that of the first conductive layer 23. The second conductive layer 24 of the conductive particle 21 is unevenly distributed asymmetrically rightward and leftward relative to a centerline passing through a center of the resin particle 22 of the conductive particle 21, and 70 volume % or more and 100 volume % or less of the entire second conductive layer 24 exists in one region in a rightward and leftward direction relative to the centerline. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
