<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight ultrasonic surgical apparatus capable of being driven with a low driving voltage. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic surgical apparatus 10 includes: a treatment part 12; a driving part 20 driving the treatment part 12 by resonance; an operation part body 14 driving and controlling the driving part 20; and a connecting part 24 connecting the treatment part 12 and the operation part body 14. The driving part 20 is a piezoelectric body film 42, and is formed on the treatment part 12 inside the connecting part 24. The piezoelectric body film 42 has a perovskite structure, crystals constituting the perovskite structure are oriented in the (100) direction or the (001) direction with the orientation degree thereof not less than 60%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
