PURPOSE: A buckle is provided to improve the beauty and use convenience thereof by changing the position of a lever up and down. CONSTITUTION: A buckle comprises a first hole(10), a second hole, a handle unit(30), a gap, a lever member(60), a spring(70), a frame(80), and a shaft(90). The second hole is extended from the first hole and has a radius larger than that of the first hole. The handle unit is formed on the outer circumference of the first hole. The gap is extended from the second hole. The lever member receives the first hole and second hole. The spring is mounted inside the lever member. The shaft passes through a first hole and a second hole in order to fixe the lever member to the frame.
