摘要 |
PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a reaction preventing layer of a dense structure without pores between an electrolyte and a positive electrode, thereby capable of preventing dispersion of atoms composing a positive electrode active material to an electrolyte layer during sintering the positive electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a positive electrode(10), electrolyte(30), and a negative electrode(40). Between the electrolyte and the positive electrode, an anti-reaction layer(20) having a dense structure of which pore size is 0.1 micron or less, formed by an aerosol spray method. The anti-reaction layer is a material that at least one selected from gadolinia(Gd2O3), yttria(Y2O3), and samarium oxide(Sm2O3) is added to a ceria. A thickness of the anti-reaction layer is 0.1-2 micron. |
