<p>PURPOSE: A porphyrin-based conjugated polymer is provided to be applied as a dye having a low band gap, and to utilize solar light of infrared ray region, thereby capable of increasing energy conversion efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A porphyrin-based conjugated polymer is one of chemical formulas 1-5. In chemical formulas 1-5, n is an integer from 5-50. A porphyrin-based conjugated polymer of chemical formula 1 is manufactured by reaction scheme 1. In reaction scheme 1, A is MgBr2, B is BF3OEt2, DDQ, CH2Cl2, 3- trimethylsilylpropynal, C is TBAF, CaCl2·2H2O, THF, D is CuCl, TMEDA, and CH2Cl2. A solar battery diode comprises the porphyrin-based conjugated polymer.</p> |
