FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to the technology of preserved second-course lunches production. The method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting and sauteing in melted fat, beef cutting and mincing, the listed components mixing with rice, structured sunflower flour, melted fat, drinking water, salt and black hot pepper, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: invention usage will allow to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
