<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tractor that is excellent in operability and has a continuously variable transmission and a speed change operation tool capable of performing speed change operation of output of the continuously variable transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The speed change operation tool is a speed change pedal 10 as one pedal, and is configured to be capable of performing speed change operation from a neutral position to a maximum-speed position. A forward and backward movement switching operation tool is a forward and backward movement switching lever 11 as a lever turning in a forward/backward direction, and is configured to be capable of performing switching operation to a forward movement position, a backward movement position, and the neutral position. A belt-type continuously variable transmission is configured to be capable of performing transmission shifting from a forward speed to a backward speed by operation of a servo spool 6 which is provided in the belt-type continuously variable transmission and becomes a speed changing unit. The change pedal 10, the forward and backward movement switching lever 11, and the servo spool 6 are respectively coupled in conjunction with a forward and backward movement switching mechanism 20 via each coupling unit.
