<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a voltage input in an input terminal with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage detection circuit includes: a transistor Mp1 which is a p-type MOSFET having a source connected to an input terminal Tvin, a gate connected to a ground voltage terminal Tgnd, and a drain connected to an output terminal Tvout; and a transistor Mp2 which is a p-type MOSFET having a source and a gate connected to the output terminal Tvout, and a drain connected to the ground voltage terminal Tgnd. The gate width and the gate length of each of the transistors Mp1 and Mp2 are adjusted so that the source/drain current of the transistor Mp2 and that of the transistor Mp1 are equal when an input voltage Vin is a trigger voltage. With this configuration, it is possible to detect the input voltage Vin which is higher than the trigger voltage with a simple configuration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
