摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hard coat film which has excellent adhesion with a base film and less curling despite high surface hardness, prevents occurrence of an interference fringe, has good appearance, and is highly transparent. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a hard coat film in which at least one hard coat layer is formed on a transparent base material includes a step for applying a hard coat layer coating liquid containing (1) reactive silica fine particles having an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 nm, (2) a (meth)acrylate monomer having three functional groups or more and a molecular weight of 1000 or less, (3) a photopolymerization initiator, and (4) an organic solvent containing at least a high-boiling solvent having a boiling point of 100 to 130&deg;C and a low-boiling solvent having a boiling point of less than 100&deg;C on the transparent base material, a step for forming a dried film by drying the coating liquid at a temperature between a temperature lower than the boiling point of the high-boiling solvent by 30&deg;C and a temperature lower than the boiling point of the high-boiling solvent by 10&deg;C, and a step for hardening the dried film by irradiation with light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
