<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an information storage medium, and an image generation system which can perform, in stereoscopic vision, stereoscopic effect while alleviating strain in the eyes of a player. <P>SOLUTION: A computer is functioned as a movement control unit which performs a control of moving an object in an object space, a blur processing unit which performs a blur processing in which the object is blurred in a state where the object is located in an area that is on a view point side of a reference plane in the object space, and an image generation unit which generates a stereoscopic image of the object. The reference plane is a plane that is located in a view point side of a projection plane in the object space.
