<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking control device for a vehicle and a braking control method for the vehicle, which can complete auxiliary control for assisting an increase in a braking force exerted on a wheel on the basis of a driver's braking operation, with proper timing. <P>SOLUTION: During the performance of the auxiliary control, an electronic control unit (ECU) for a brake determines whether or not an auxiliary control completion condition is established on the basis of at least one of vehicle-body deceleration calculated by a wheel speed sensor and a G-sensor value G calculated by a vehicle-body acceleration sensor (step S122, step S125, and step S126). The ECU for the brake completes the auxiliary control when determining that the completion condition is established (when the result of determination in any one of step S122, step S125, and step S126 is YES) (step S123 and step S124). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
