摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a large capacity at a predetermined appearance while maintaining an output characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery 1 comprises an electrode body 2 formed into a flat shape by winding a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode current collector via a separator; a container 3 for housing the electrode body 2; a positive electrode terminal 4 and a negative electrode terminal 5 aligned in an axial direction along a winding shaft of the electrode body 2 on a surface of the container 3; a positive electrode lead 6 for connecting the positive electrode current collector of the electrode body 2 in the container 3 with the positive electrode terminal 4; and a negative electrode lead 7 for connecting the negative electrode current collector of the electrode body in the container 3 with the negative electrode terminal 5. The electrode body 2 has a first folding portion R1, in which the positive electrode current collector and the negative electrode current collector positioned at a corner on the positive electrode lead 6 side of the electrode body 2 are folded inside the electrode body 2, and inside which the positive electrode lead 6 passes; and a second folding portion R2, in which the positive electrode current collector and the negative electrode current collector positioned at a corner on the negative electrode lead 7 side of the electrode body 2 are folded inside the electrode body 2, and inside which the negative electrode lead 7 passes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
