<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure of a luggage, capable of reducing manufacturing cost of a mat, and facilitating installation of the mat in the luggage. <P>SOLUTION: This lining structure includes a pair of side trims 11 positioned on both sides of the luggage, and the mat 12 positioned on a floor surface of the luggage. Both side trims 11 are constituted by being divided into a first part 14 having a sidewall 14a, and a second part 15 having a bottom wall 15a.
