<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio resource allocation method progressing equality among mobile stations, by improving an event that the priority of a mobile station is reduced in a stationary manner. <P>SOLUTION: The radio resource allocation method of a radio communication system, having a base station and a plurality of mobile stations, includes the steps of: calculating each first priority from an instantaneous throughput and an average throughput of each individual mobile station (S3); calculating each second priority using a cell average throughput of the overall mobile stations, connected to the base station, and the average throughput of each individual mobile station (S5); and based on the first priority and the second priority of the individual mobile station, allocating the radio resource of the mobile station (S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
