<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device suppressing deterioration in light extraction efficiency by preventing bonding deviation of a translucent substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL display device (light emitting device) 1 comprises: an organic EL part 100; and a light extraction part 200 facing the organic EL display device. The organic EL part comprises: a substrate 110; and an organic EL layer 130 formed above the substrate 110 and including a first electrode 131, a second electrode 136 and an organic light emitting layer 134 arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. The light extraction part comprises: a translucent substrate 230 transmitting light; and a light extraction layer 210 arranged between the organic EL layer and the translucent substrate. The light extraction layer comprises: a lens 212 collecting light emitted from the organic light emitting layer; a partition 213 supporting the translucent substrate; and a lens substrate 211 supporting the lens and the partition.
