<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an imaging device depending upon the position of the imaging device where a shock is given according to the position. <P>SOLUTION: The image device includes a sensor which detects the shock given to the imaging device as acceleration and angular acceleration, and determines to which of a plurality of predetermined shock detection positions of the imaging device the shock is given from the detected acceleration and angular acceleration. Namely, evaluation values are calculated by adding value obtained by multiplying distances between the position of the sensor and the plurality of shock detection positions by the detected acceleration to the detected acceleration. A shock detection position having the maximum absolute value of the evaluation value is determined as the shock detection position to which the shock is given, and control means performs previously allocated processing on the shock detection position to which the shock is given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
