<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refining method for efficiently performing a converter operation even without a facility for spraying a dephosphorizing agent in converter refining, and a method for producing molten steel. <P>SOLUTION: In a refining method performing dephosphorization refining or dephosphorization/decarburization refining of hot metal without spraying a dephosphorizing agent to the hot metal, a dephosphorizing agent including at least powder therein is charged in a reaction vessel, and then hot metal is charged in the reaction vessel to perform refining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
