<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination with power consumption remarkably reduced and with an annual emission of carbon dioxide remarkably reduced compared with conventional illumination of the same illuminance, and at the same time, with probabilities of failures remarkably reduced and product cost remarkably reduced through remarkable reduction of the number of components, in contrast with the fact that multi-lamp LED-loading illumination with the number of components greatly increased is loaded with high voltage and high heat at use, so that there was high probabilities of failures. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination loads a single LED light-emitting element with a luminance of 2,000 to 4,000 in total light flux at an irradiation distance of 2 to 5 m from a light source, and incorporates a cooling fan in a preferred mode.
