PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage start and stop of charging of a secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The information processing unit comprises an acquisition unit which acquires a detection value from a power supply connection apparatus having a sensor that detects a current or a power supplied to a plug connection, and an output unit that outputs the detection value from the sensor, and a control unit which compares the detection value acquired from the power supply connection apparatus with a given threshold at a given time, and controls start or stop of current or power supply to the plug connection based on the comparison results.
