<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor with electroconductive polymer as solid electrolyte, capable of decreasing ESR by forming a solid electrolyte with excellent adhesion, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor includes a silane coupling agent layer 9 with amino group formed on a surface of a dielectric layer 2 and a solid electrolyte layer formed on the silane coupling agent layer 9 with amino group using conductive polymer dispersion liquid comprised of polyanion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
