<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit of a power supply, capable of reducing an amount of overshoot of an output voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 3 includes a first control circuit 10 for complementary switching a transistor T1 on a main side and a transistor T2 on a synchronous side in a converter section 2 in response to a comparison result between a feedback voltage VFB according to an output voltage Vo and a first reference voltage Vr1. The control circuit 3 includes: a first comparison circuit 20 for comparing the output voltage Vo with a second reference voltage Vr2; and a second comparison circuit 21 for detecting whether a coil current IL flowing in a coil L1 reaches 0A or not. Further, the control circuit 3 includes a second control circuit 30 for turning off the transistor T2 by invalidating the complemental switching for the transistors T1 and T2 in response to an output from the first comparison circuit 20 and releasing the invalidation in response to an output from the second comparison circuit 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
