<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high read-out rate of an application instruction code for micro computer stored in a memory card. <P>SOLUTION: A main micro computer LSI1100, a card host LSI1200, and a memory card 1300a are connected by signal lines CD1110a and CD1200a and clock signal lines CK1110a and CK1200a which conform with specified cardbus specifications respectively.
