<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image photographing device capable of recording a moving image which suppresses the generation of transient image disturbance, even when a frame rate is changed during imaging. <P>SOLUTION: A moving image photographing device comprises: an imaging element 151 for imaging a subject; an image composing portion 171 for producing a composite image by composing a plurality of images picked up by the imaging element 151; a recorder control portion 121 for recording an imaging result in a recording medium 122; and a frame rate change key 161 for instructing the change of a recording frame rate to the recording medium 122. When the recording frame rate is changed, imaging is carried out by a first frame rate which has a faster imaging element, out of frame rates after and before changing. During a frame rate transition period in which recording is carried out by a second frame rate, a second frame rate image recorded in the recording medium 122 is composed from a first frame rate image by using the image composing portion 171. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
