<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the tightness of the fitting between a resin tube and a metal pipe, to prevent water or dust from entering between the resin tube and the metal pipe. <P>SOLUTION: An annular projection 12 which extends over the entire periphery of a metal pipe 10 is formed on the external surface of an end of the metal pipe 10. A first radially enlarged part 14 which forms a first annular groove 15 together with the annular projection 12 is provided closer to the tip of the metal pipe 10 than the annular projection 12. A seal ring 16 is fitted in the first annular groove 15. A second radially enlarged part 17 which forms a second annular groove 18 together with the annular projection 12 is provided closer to the base of the metal pipe 10 than the annular projection 12.
