<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent that a once detected lesion part is overlooked. <P>SOLUTION: This fluorescence observation apparatus 1 includes: an illumination part 3 irradiating exciting light and illumination light on a photographic object X; a fluorescence imaging part 51 imaging fluorescence from the photographic object X; a return light imaging part 51 imaging return light from the photographic object X; an image superposition part superposing a fluorescence area inside a fluorescence image imaged by the fluorescence imaging part 51 on a return light image imaged by the return light imaging part 51 to generate a superposition image; a losing decision part comparing the fluorescence areas inside a plurality of fluorescence images arranged in the temporal axis direction to decide presence/absence of the lost fluorescence area; an auxiliary display generation part generating auxiliary display indicating the position of the lost fluorescence area that is the fluorescence area decided to have been lost by the losing decision part; and an image composition part composing the superposition image generated by the image superposition part and the auxiliary display generated by the auxiliary display generation part to generate a display screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
