<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-fabricated building having a structure in which a roof beam is placed on a beam, selectively employed when the beam and the roof beam are connected in a parallel direction and when the beam and the roof beam are connected in a cross direction in a plan view. <P>SOLUTION: A pre-fabricated building comprises beams 1, pillars 2, a roof 3, roof beam fixtures 4 and rafter fixtures 5. The beam 1 is laterally bridged on the pillars 2, the roof 3 has a roof beam 6 and a rafter 7 perpendicular to the roof beam 6, an attachment part 61 is provided along a lengthwise direction on a lower face of the roof beam 6, and the roof beam 6 is placed on the beam 1. The roof beam fixture 4 is used to be fixed on the beam 1 and the attachment part 61 of the roof beam 6 and the rafter fixture 5 is used to be fixed on the beam 1 and a lower face of the rafter 7, and these fixtures are selectively used so that the beam 1 and the roof beam 6 may be connected in a parallel direction with the roof beam fixture 4 and the rafter fixture 5 attached to respective sides along a widthwise direction of the beam 1 and so that the beam 1 and the roof beam 6 may be connected in a cross direction in a plan view with the roof beam fixtures 4 attached to both sides along the widthwise direction of the beam 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
